Researcher activity

He dealt with problems of instabilities of natural oscillations in multilayer semiconductor structures and superlattices with a two-dimensional electron gas. He carried out research on the electrical properties of thin films, and also investigated the behavior of Dyrac semimetals under different conditions. Carries out the study of the possibilities of using complex robotic electronic systems for medical and military needs.

He was a member of the executive committee of the Kulinichevsky village council on a voluntary basis, a representative of the Union of Entrepreneurs, and engages in volunteer activities.
