In 2014 – graduated from Kharkiv national university of radio electronics (ХНУРЕ) after speciality “Electronic Appliances and Devices”

2014-2017 – graduate student, Department of Microelectronics, Electronics Devices and Appliances, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronic, speciality 01.04.01 ‒  Physics of devices, elements and systems.

2018 ‒ Assistant, Department of Microelectronics, Electronics Devices and Appliances, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronic.

Educational activity

To teach practical and laboratory classes at courses:

• “Computational Mathematics,”
• “Numerical Methods in Electronics,”
• “Physics of Semiconductors,”
• “Simulations in Electronics, microwave microelectronics, microelectromechanical systems, the elemental base of electronic means of control and management, the electronics of telecommunication systems, the elemental base of modern microwave microelectronics”

Researcher activity

Directions of scientific activity:

• instruments and devices based on high-Q resonators of the microwave range,
• microwave diagnostics of materials and objects

Social activity

Member of the Council of Young Scientists of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

Publications and patents

The author has more than 10 scientific papers.
