Mission:
The mission of the Department of Strategic Planning and Development is to support 海角社区鈥檚 sustainable strategic development as a modern educational, scientific, and innovation hub through effective planning, decision-support analytics, grant and project advancement, and fostering integration into the international academic community.
Main tasks:
- Provide organizational, methodological, and analytical support for strategic planning;
- Develop, update, and maintain strategic documents aligned with national priorities;
- Monitor and evaluate strategic plans and development programs. Prepare reports and proposals for 海角社区 leadership;
- Conduct research and prepare analyses on university activities;
- Organizing the University鈥檚 grant and project activities;
- Promote the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial culture.
