On May 18, the First Hackathon in Ukraine dedicated to the artificial intelligence was launched in the scientific Park “Synergy” in ��������. It was held with the support of AltexSoft and Akvelon Ukraine.

From 14 to 17 May in the Sumy State University was held the II stage of the All-Ukrainian student Olympiad among the students of economic and technical institutions of higher education in the discipline “Mathematics”, it was attended by 85 students from different cities of Ukraine

The team of scientists of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, consisting of Associate Professor Maxim Kolesnik and Professors Oleg Avrunin and Vasil Rossikhin, which was presented by the assistants of the BME Department Yana Nosova and Karina Selivanova took part in the IV All-Ukrainian Festival of Innovation, which is traditionally held within the Day of science.

On May 16, students and staff of �������� joined the World Day of Vyshyvanka — an international holiday, which is designed to preserve the original Ukrainian traditions and their popularization among the young people and the population.

On May 15, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics held a solemn celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Department of Media Systems and Technologies.  During the event, the IV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Printing, multimedia and web-technologies”, as well as an exhibition of student design works  were organized on the basis of ��������.

April 25,  the championship of the Kharkiv region in weightlifting took place in Kharkiv. In the course of competitions in the weight category to 67 kg the student of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Alexander Kryklya won the third place with the sum of the snatch 138 kg.

Students and postgraduates of the Department of biomedical engineering of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took part in the II All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference “Aviation, Industry, Society”, where within the section “Biomedicine in the preparation and testing of flight personnel” presented their own scientific works.

In the framework of the IVth International practical conference “Printing, multimedia and web-technologies”, which takes place at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics from May 14 to May 17, a delegation of representatives of the European University of Economics met with the Rector of ��������, Professor Valerii Sements.

Under the guidance of trainers of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Vladimir Sukharev and Olena Babich athletes of the University of Radio Electronics took part in a number of competitions and won prizes.

The sports hall of the University of Radio Electronics hosted the table tennis competitions on the program of the �������� Spartakiad among the foreign students.  Students of the Preparatory Department, Center for Education in English and Infocommunications Faculty took part in the event.

On May 10, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics was visited by the representative of Eskisehir Technical University, Professor Kilich Abidin. The possibility of conducting an International scientific conference on the basis of �������� was discussed with the University management.
