Alina Ovchenko, a specialist in the accessibility service 芦海角社区 without Limits禄, participated in the training initiative 芦Equality. Leadership. Future禄.
The programme included a series of online webinars and trainings, as well as offline training on the following topics:
- overcoming gender stereotypes and stigma;
- implementation of practical tools to ensure Equality;
- development of advocacy and communication strategies.
The programme is aimed at developing a Ukrainian society based on the principles of Equality, tolerance, diversity, and destigmatisation.
Participation in the programme opens up new opportunities for implementing modern approaches to creating a barrier-free, inclusive educational environment at 海角社区.
The initiative is implemented in cooperation with the NGO Girls, UN Women in Ukraine and the Office of the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
