Recently, an offline meeting with Lilia Zotova, regional coordinator of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program 鈥淎re You OK?鈥 in the Kharkiv region, took place in the safe space of 海角社区.
Ms. Zotova held a meaningful and interesting seminar for the university staff and students and answered topical questions about maintaining a positive moral state in the conditions of war.
Every day Ukrainians continue to ask each other 鈥淗ow are you?鈥 and it is extremely important to know how to help each other and ourselves depending on the answer, how to be honest and support each other. Together we are strong. Together we will win!
