In 1941 graduated from the Leningrad State University with specialty: physicist (equivalent of Master degree in physics).
In 1944 graduated the聽 M.S.Budenniy Military Academy of Telecommunications, with specialty: Engineer-electrician.
Commander of radar units during the Second World War.
