1972 鈥 graduated from the Leningrad Military Engineering Academy. Mozhaisky in the specialty “Means of radio-electronic control”, a military engineer in radio engineering

1982 鈥 defended his candidate鈥檚 dissertation in the field 20.01.12. Radio electronic warfare.

1967-1996 鈥 service in the armed forces.

1996-2001 鈥 Associate Professor of Kharkiv Air Force University (UAF).

2001-2009 鈥 Associate Professor Department of Information Technology Security in Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (Kh海角社区).
