1974-graduated from the radiophysical faculty of Kharkiv state University, specialty “RA-diophysics and electronics”.

1974-1977-engineer, senior engineer of Institute of Radiophysics and electronics of as USSR.

1978 – junior researcher Kharkov state research Institute of Metrology (KSSRIM), post-graduate student of correspondence course

1987-candidate of technical Sciences, specialty “Metrology and metrological support” (05.11.15), now 152-“Metrology and information-measuring equipment” . He defended his thesis at the all-Union research Institute of physical, technical and radio engineering measu-rements (VNIIFTRI).

1988–researcher at KSSRIM 1993 get the scientific rank of senior researcher of “Institute of Metrology”.

2005-leading employee of NSC “metrolo-II Institute”.

2009 R.-associate Professor of K�������� .

2012 – scientific title of associate Professor in the Department of radio engineering Fundamentals

Since 02.2026 – Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Radio Engineering and Technical Information Protection (RETIP)

Educational activity

He teaches courses: “Metrology and measurement”, “electromagnetic compatibility of TZI systems”, ” Theoretical foundations of special measurements “”Special studies in the field of technical protection of information”.

Conducts laboratory and practical classes on the course “Computer circuit design”.

Research activities

1974-1977 developed components of the device for measuring parameters of an antenna for radio telescope decameter wave range.

1978-1996 developed state and military standards of the unit of frequency deviation of the USSR, Ukraine.

1997-2003–developed State standard of Ukraine of the unit of voltage is Volt based on the Josephson effect

2005–2006 developed State standard of Ukraine of the units of RF voltage 30…1000 MHz.

2007-2008 developed State standard of Ukraine of the unit of total harmonic distortion.

2008-2009–the head of state acceptance tests of the reference – carrier unit of microwave power in the range of 37.5.. ..78,33 GHz for the Armed forces of Ukraine

2009-2012 were developed by the State standard of Ukraine of the unit of coefficient of amplitude modulation.

2017-2018р – responsible for the development of National standard of Ukraine of the unit of frequency deviation FM signals.

International activity / participation in international projects

Рarticipated in the “Transform” project to create a reference unit of voltage on the Josephson effect, carried out jointly with specialists of the Institute of physics and technology of Germany-PTB
