Education and Career

In 1974  graduated from the Odessa Electrotechnical Institute of Communications, A.S. Popov,  specialty «Multichannel Telecommunications.

1976  Engineer of the Smolensk Regional Administration of Communications.

1980  Chief of the Laboratory of the Scientific Organization of Labor and Production Management, Deputy. Head of the Labor Organization Department of the Kharkiv Regional Administration of Communications.

1988. Chief of the Department of Multichannel, Deputy Director of Kharkov Electrotechnical Communication Technical School.

1997. – engineer, associate professor of the Department of Multichannel electrical communication / Telecommunication systems / Infocommunication Engineering of the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics

Educational activity
