Education and Career

In 1980 graduated from Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality “Electronic devices”.

1980 – 1983 Postgraduate studies in Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality «Physical electronics, including quantum electronics»

1987 – Ph.D Thesis defended on the 6th of April 1987 at Kharkov State University.

1983 – 1998 – junior Researcher, Researcher, Senior Researcher, responsible executor of scientific topic (KhIRE, KhTURE)

September 1, 2003 – Lecturer, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, Kh��������.

September 1, 2005 – Associate Professor, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, Kh��������.

From September 2025 – Acting Head of the Faculty of Electronic and Biomedical Engineering (ELBI)

From October 10, 2025 – Deputy Dean for Scientific and Methodological Work of the Faculty of Electronic and Biomedical Engineering (ELBI)
