1997 engineer-programmer, Kharkov State Technical University of Radioelectronics (K��������), specialty “Software of Computer Engineering and Automated Systems”.

1999 engineer-economist Kharkov State Technical University of Radioelectronics (K��������), specialty “Information Systems in Management”.

2008 – Candidate of Economic Sciences; thesis: “Improving the quality management of products of industrial enterprises of railway transport on the basis of the process approach” (specialty 08.00.04 – economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity)).

2015 – Associate Professor at the Department of Information Control Systems of the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.

2019 – Professor of the Department of Information Control Systems.

2021 – Doctor of Engineering Sciences. The topic of the thesis is: «Models, methods and information technologies for automated management of temporal knowledge bases to support management decisions»; specialty «Information Technologies».

From 2024 – head of the department of radio technologies of information and communication systems (RTICS)
