Education and Career

1969 – graduated with honors from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics (KhIRE).

1969 – engineer, senior engineer of the KhIRE research sector at the Department of Economics and Organization of Industrial Enterprises (EOIE).

1971 – enrolled as a graduate student at the  EOIE  Department of the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics.

1974 – Junior Researcher of the EOIE Department.

1979 – assistant of the EOIE Department.

1980 – defended the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.05 – Economics, management organization and planning of the national economy (industry), Kharkiv Engineering and Economic Institute; dissertation topic: “Improvement of tool manufacturing planning at a machine-building enterprise”.

1981 – Senior Lecturer of the EOIE Department in KhIRE.

1982 – Associate Professor of the Economics, Organization and Management of Industrial Enterprises  Department (EOMIE).

1986 – awarded the academic title of associate professor of EOMIE Department.

1990 – Acting Head of the  Department of Economics, Organization and Management of Enterprises  (EOME) in KhIRE.

1993 – Associate Professor of Economics Department (later – Economics and Management).

1997 – Professor of Economics and Management Department, Kharkiv Technical University of Radio Electronics (KhTURE).

2006 – defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economics in the specialty 08.06.01 – economics, organization and management of enterprises; Institute of Industrial Economics of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences; dissertation topic: “Organizational and economic provision of enterprises adaptation to the  business environment uncertainty.”

2007 – awarded the academic title of Professor at the  Economic Cybernetics Department.

since 2007 – Professor of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management Department (EC) of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (K��������).

2009 – elected an academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Economic Sciences in the specialty “Management”.

Educational activity

Academic disciplines:

branch economics, industrial economics, communications economics, business economics, economics and business, real estate marketing, marketing research, investment management, basics of marketing and  projects economic substantiation , methods and models of project management, investment, innovative enterprise development, management of the enterprise  potential  development ,projects  economic substantiation, innovative paradigm of economy development , marketing; all disciplines are provided with the corresponding complexes of methodical developments, аpplied analysis of economic data, мanagement of the development of the enterprise’s competitive potential, Competitive analysis and competitive intelligence.

Researcher activity

Scientific school and main directions of scientific research: management of competitiveness, innovative development and efficiency of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the external environment instability.

Scientific supervisor of state budget topics № 0193U039095, № 0108U001966; the corresponding executor of the state budget theme № 0103U0015654, the executor of the state budget theme № 0117U003928. The results of more than 40 scientific-research works were implemented in Kharkiv  industrial enterprises and organizations practical activity, which is confirmed by the relevant certificates and acts of implementation.

Thanks to her leadership, 5 candidate dissertations and more than 40 master’s theses were successfully defended, including among foreign citizens.

Management of students competitive scientific works :

1) Master Bayrachna D.O. at the All-Ukrainian competition  students diploma works of higher educational institutions of specialization “Economic Cybernetics” specialty “051 Economics” at the educational and qualification level of master, awarded the Diploma of the III degree of the National Technical University “KhPI” from 25.04.2019;

2) student gr. EK-19-1 Zinchenko M.E. took part in the International competition of student scientific works. The theme of the competition work: “Neuromarketing as a modern innovative technology.” Awarded the Diploma of the III degree, Kremenchuk, May 25-30, 2020;

3) student gr. EEC-17-1 Litvinova A.V. took part in the Regional competition of student scientific works, 2021. The theme of the competition work: “Assessment of investment affiliation of the Kharkiv region.” The results are still unknown.

Member of specialized Academic Councils D 64.050.02 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (permanent) and K 45.052.02 at the Kremenchug National University named after Mikhail Ostrogradsky (not permanent).

Official reviewer and expert of abstracts, candidate and doctoral dissertations as part of the work as specialized Academic Councils  member D 64.050.02 and        K 45.052.02.

Official opponent of more than 30 candidate dissertations. In 2021 she was an official opponent at the meeting of the specialized Academic Council DF 64.050.025 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

International activity / participation in international projects

Leading trainer-moderator of the international project “MAP – marketing training for small and medium business professionals.” Organizers: US Agency for International Development and the Alliance for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship in the framework of the NEWBIZNES project and the business incubator development program.

Social activity

Official opponent of more than 30 candidate dissertations. In 2021 she was an official opponent at the meeting of the specialized Academic Council DF 64.050.025 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Member of the editorial board of the scientific publication: “Current state of scientific research and technology in industry”, which is included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in the specialty 051 – Economics, 073 – Management.

Honorary Diploma of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, honorary badge “Excellence in Education of Ukraine”. A number of gratitudes, prizes and honorary diplomas during 1971–2020.

Winner of the competition “K�������� – the best in the specialty.” She was awarded a Diploma for the 2nd place in the nomination “Master of Student Sympathies”.

Publications and patents

There are more than 300 publications, including 27 monographs (personal and collective), 8 tutorials, more than 70 methodological developments.
