1978 – graduated from the radio engineering department of the Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, majoring in radio engineering.

2006 – Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.11.15 – metrology and metrological support.

2007 – Professor of the Department of Metrology and Measuring Equipment of K��������.

2022 – Head of the Department of Information and Measurement Technology, ��������

Educational activity

Lecture courses: the fundamentals of metrology and measurement technology, the fundamentals of metrology and information and measurement technologies, the basis of the theory of errors, the theory of estimating the quality of measurements.

Methodical support: lecture notes, work programs on read disciplines, test questions for control, methodical instructions for reading courses.

Researcher activity

Carries out preparation of PhD students in the specialty 05.01.02 – standardization, certification, metrological support.

Member of the specialized scientific council D64.827.01 (NSC “Institute of Metrology”), specialty 05.01.02.

International activity / participation in international projects

Organizer of the International Scientific and Technical Seminar “Uncertainty in Measurements: Theoretical, Applied, Regulatory and Methodological Aspects”, International Scientific and Technical Conference “Metrology, Information and Measuring Technologies and Systems”.

Member of the International Program Committee of the International Symposium “Metrology and Metrological Assurance” (Bulgaria)

Publications and patents

Has over 400 works on metrology and measuring techniques, 14 of them are author’s certificates of the USSR and patents of Ukraine, 21 books (5 monograph, 1 textbook, 15 educational and reference manuals).
