1977 – graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov; qualification – mathematician; specialty – “Mathematics”.

1977-1980 – employee of “Zahid EOM Complex”.
1980-2004 – scientific and teaching positions at Kharkiv Air Force University.
2004-2015 – leading researcher of the Scientific Center, Kharkiv Air Force University.
2013 – Doctor of Technical Sciences; scientific specialty 05.13.06 – “Information Technologies”. Thesis topic: “Models and methods of managing integral data flows in information and telecommunication networks of critical systems”.
2014 – awarded the academic title of professor.
Since 2015 – Professor of the Department of Computer Engineering and Programming of Kharkiv National University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
Since 2016 – Professor of the Department of Computer Engineering of �������� (part-time).

Educational activities

He is the author of the courses “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics”, “Process Optimization in Multi-Service Systems and Networks”.

He is a scientific supervisor of master’s students.

Lecturer in more than 5 academic disciplines.

Scientific activities

Areas of scientific activity: methods of backbone traffic management, synthesis of complex systems.

He is the developer of a complex of mathematical models and methods for optimal resource allocation and synthesis of structures of fragments of information and telecommunication networks of critical purpose; methods for synthesizing information technology for network traffic management.

He is a member of 2 specialized academic councils for the defense of doctoral and candidate theses. Participates in 4-5 conferences annually. Member of the editorial boards of 3 Ukrainian and 1 Azerbaijani professional journals. Since 2010, he has acted as an official opponent more than 20 times.
