Education and Career
In 1986 he graduated from the Zhitomir High School of radio electronics Air Defense, specialty聽 “Radio engineering means”.
Ph.D. 鈥 1994. Thesis defended 23.06.1994 at the Kharkiv Military University, Specialty 05.12.04 – “Radiolocation and radionavigation”.
1994-2003 – worked in various positions in the research center at the Kharkov Military University.
2004-2007 – Head of the Research Department of the Joint Research Institute of the Armed Forces.
2008 – Senior Researcher of the Research Institute of Scientific and Technical Information Institute of the National Technical University “Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics”.
2008 – Associate Professor of the Department Information and Document Systems of the Kharkov State Academy of Culture.
09.2016 – 2025 – Associate Professor of Systems Engineering at Kharkiv National University.
Since 02.2026 – Associate Professor of聽 the Department of Computer Modeling and Intelligent Technologies (小MIT)
