Education and Career

In 1979 he graduated from Kharkiv National Institute of Radio Electronics (KhIRE) with specialty of Electronic Devices.

1990 – PhD (candidate of physical and mathematical sciences). He defended dissertation at Rostov State University.

1990 – Assistant of the Department of Microwave Physics (KhIRE). 1991 – Senior Lecturer of the Physical Foundations of Electronic Engineering (PFEE) Department (KhIRE).

1992 – Associate Professor of the PFEE Department.

2004 – Professor of the PFEE Department.

2006 – 2025 – Dean of ET faculty.

From 2017 he was elected to the post of Dean of the Faculty of ELBE and appointed by K�� Rector’s order.

Educational activity

Teaches courses: “Electronic and quantum microwave devices: Part 2 – Electro vacuum and quantum microwave devices, Part 3 – Semiconductor microwave devices”.

State Awards

Certificate and sign “Excellent education” MES of Ukraine.

Publications and patents

More than 70 scientific publications, 1 author certificate.
