On June 20, Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Professor Valerii Semenets and the Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies of Azerbaijan University (Baku) Asif Pashayev signed an agreement on cooperation, which will make it possible to implement joint projects and train Azerbaijani students on the basis of 海角社区
