From 1996 to 2015, he was a scientific secretary, and from 2015 – chairman of the specialized scientific council D 64.052.02 on defending doctoral and candidate dissertations at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

Since 2022 – Member of the specialized scientific council D 64.089.04 at Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy named after O.M. Beketov.
