1990 – graduated from the Kharkov higher military command engineering school of missile forces named after Marshal M. I. Krylov, speciality – systems of control and communications, qualification – radio engineer.
1997 – candidate of technical Sciences, Kharkov Military University.
1997-1999 – Senior lecturer of the Department of Control Systems and Communications of the Kharkov Military University.
From 1999 to 1999, he was Professor of the Control Systems and Communication Faculty of the Kharkov Military University.
1999-2004 – Deputy Head of the Department of Computer Systems and Networks of the Kharkov Military University.
2004-2014 – head of the Department of Mathematics and Software of the ACS of the Kharkiv University of Air Forces named after I. Kozhedub.

Areas of research: cyber security, methods and means of digital image processing.
Prepared four doctors and twelve candidates in technical Sciences.
The head of the research works on the development of the specialised information educational environment of distance learning, special software for financial-economic calculations, and an automated system of scientific and organisational activities in the University.

Participation in R&D:

2011-2015 – Participated in 9 research projects at the Institute of Radio Astronomy, NAS of Ukraine, focused on developing specialized computer networks on radio telescopes UTR-2, GURT, RT-70, and operating the Radio Astronomy Institute GRID node.
2017-2018 – Participated in 2 research projects at related to studying the operation (including survivability) of UAVs in conditions of high-power electromagnetic radiation.
2022-2023 – Participated in research at on developing system engineering principles and a working model for building a domestic TACAN-type short-range radio navigation system.

2009-2010 – Participant in the scientific project to develop CoLiTec software for asteroid survey image processing (Advisor: Prof. V. Ye. Savanevych).

Research Interests: Information Technologies, Telecommunications.

Advisor of a continuous student research group. Between 2017 and 2024, students published over 60 scientific papers; group members have won All-Ukrainian student research competitions and received regional and city scholarships for talented youth.
