On October 4, at the initiative of the Regional State Administration, in the hall of the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater celebrations were held in honor of the day of education workers, which was attended by representatives of 海角社区 headed by the first Vice-Rector, Professor Igor Ruban.
During the event, the Deputy Chairman of the KhRSA Anatolii Babichev noted with state awards and thanks of education workers of the Kharkiv region, in particular Professor of 海角社区 Department of Electronic Computers Valerii Gorbachev.
