The Osvita.ua portal presented the results of the rating of Ukrainian higher education institutions on Scopus indicators.聽 As of April 2020, 177 universities have been enrolled.
In the rating table, HEIs are ranked by h-index.聽 Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics has 30 points on the Worst Index and occupies the 22nd position, including the total number of publications – the 10th positions, and the 17th on citations.
The average citations for publications (Citations per Paper), which is a very important indicator for world university rankings, rose from 2.11 to 2.38.聽 But on this indicator 海角社区 occupies only 78th place.聽 Among the Kharkov universities 海角社区 is at the 4th place after KNU named after 聽Karazin, NTU “KPI” and NAU named after Zhukovsky “KhAI”.
