In the for 2025, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics was ranked in the 1501+ group, just like last year.聽聽This means that we are among the top universities globally, a position that we have maintained over the years.
THE WUR ranking is one of the three most influential in the world, so it is an honour for any university to be ranked. THE WUR 2025 ranking includes 2092 universities from 115 countries, 185 more than last year. Ukrainian universities have increased from 14 to 17. 4 are in Kharkiv. All Ukrainian universities, except Sumy State University, are in the 1501+ alphabetical group.
The rankings new 聽 methodology include 18 indicators that measure the activities of universities in five areas: education, science, research quality, technology transfer, and international cooperation. The weight of these indicators is:
Teaching聽 29.5%,
Research Environment聽 29%,
Research Quality聽 30%,
Industry聽 4%,
International Outlook聽 7.5%.
Our Teaching, Research, and International Outlook results have deteriorated, and the number of points has decreased. In the Industry indicator, we improved – the number of points increased from 16.5 to 17.6.
