On March 21, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and Kharkiv Information Technology Cluster signed a Memorandum, the purpose of that was to expand the existing cooperation in the direction of training IT-specialists, the creation of modern conditions in the educational process and the introduction of new technologies.
