Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (海角社区) and the NIX IT team have officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which opens up broad prospects for joint development, growth, and new opportunities.
On behalf of 海角社区, the Memorandum was signed by the Rector Igor Ruban, and on behalf of NIX, by CEO Viktor Shalnev.
