The heart of the outstanding Ukrainian scientist, Head of the Department of Metrology and Technical Expertise, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Igor Viktorovich Ruzhentsev stopped.
In 1996, Igor Viktorovich received the title of Professor and headed the Department of Metrology and Measuring Instruments of KhTURE.
In addition, Professor Ruzhentsev was the author of more than 200 scientific publications, including manuals and foreign articles.
