The purpose of the conference – the exchange of information on theoretical, scientific and practical achievements, as well as generalization and systematization of听the results and experience of implementation of scientific听research in the development of new information and听communication technologies and planning of modern听infocommunication systems.
Topics for submission include but are not limited听to:
- Infocommunication System Theory.
- Cybersecurity.
- Infocommunication technologies, networks and services.
- Wireless Infocommunication technologies and networks.
Size of the conference paper should be听 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according听听.

June 10, 2018 (June 20, 2018 for staff of 海角社区)听– deadline for听 early 听submission ;听
July 20, 2018 听– deadline for听 later 听submission;听
July 22, 2018 听– notification of paper acceptance (early 听submission);
August 1, 2018 听– notification of paper acceptance (later 听submission);
August 12, 2018 听– deadline for camera ready submission and payment of the registration fee (made after confirmation of receipt of materials).

All conference papers that accepted by Program committee and presented on conference will be sent for indexing by 听IEEE Xplore, Scopus 听and other databases.
