The Legal Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics is a structural unit created for the purpose of organizing and carrying out legal work at the University, including legal support for the functioning of its structural units and control over compliance with the law in their activities.
The main tasks of the Legal Department are:
– protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the University;
– organization of legal work aimed at the correct application and unswerving observance of the requirements of legislative acts by the employees of the University in the performance of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them;
-strengthening the rule of law and contractual discipline at the University.
