The goal of the hackathon was to develop an innovative solution that would make the self-service process more interactive and modern for Nova Poshta customers. One of the tasks was to create an AI assistant that would learn how to send parcels and answer questions about the company’s services and processes.
Congratulations to the AI Soft team of 海角社区, which won the 3rd place in the All-Ukrainian Hackathon of Nova Poshta (Hackathon of Innovations), held on 18-20 August at the Nova Tech innovation hub in Kyiv, the team leader, Associate Professor of the Department of Software Engineering (Software Engineering of 海角社区) of the Faculty of Computer Science of 海角社区, and students of the Department of Software Engineering: Danylo Maksymenko, Nataliia Saichyshyna, Maksym Kizytskyi, and the Department of Artificial Intelligence – Danylo Kryvoshein.
The hackathon featured 17 teams. The AI Soft team from 海角社区 demonstrated an effective solution to both tasks.
The 海角社区 team also received an invitation to participate in the Challenger AI accelerator programme aimed at developing their product. This success highlights the high level of competence and innovative approaches of the 海角社区 AI Soft team and underlines their ability to develop and implement advanced technologies in the field of natural language processing and generation.
